The Role:
As a Facilities Operations Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of thepany's operational excellence—ensuring their multiple facilities run smoothly, safely, andpliantly. You’ll manage and optimise Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules, coordinate contractors, and maintain accuratepliance documentation using their bespoke Business Systems platform. Your work will directly support the seamless delivery of world-class research and services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Schedule and manage PPM activities across thepany facilities
2. Maintain accurate records and ensurepliance via Business Systems software
3. Generate performance andpliance reports to support operational decision-making
4. Coordinate external contractors and ensure timely taskpletion
5. Support continuous improvement in facilities operations and service delivery
Ideal Candidate Profile:
6. Holds a qualification in administration, facilities management, or a technical discipline—or has equivalent experience
7. Experienced in maintenance planning software and/or Business Systems platforms
8. Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce clear, actionable reports
9. Proven background in PPM scheduling, contractor coordination, andpliance documentation
10. Detail-oriented, proactive, andmitted to operational excellence
