Mobile Forklift Engineer – Peterborough
We’re looking for an experienced Mobile Forklift Engineer to join a leading materials handling company, covering the Peterborough area.
The Role:
1. Service, repair and maintain forklifts and material handling equipment at customer sites
2. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults
3. Carry out planned preventative maintenance and breakdown support
4. Work independently in a mobile role, with support from the wider service team

6. hour working week: Mon–Thurs 8am–4:30pm, Fri 8am–4pm
7. Door-to-door pay + overtime opportunities

11. Full manufacturer training and ongoing support
About You:
12. Previous experience as a forklift engineer, plant fitter, vehicle technician, or similar
13. Strong skills in mechanical, electrical or hydraulic systems
14. NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) preferred, but not essential
15. IT literate, able to use technology for reporting and parts ordering
16. Full UK driving licence
