You will be joining a well-established SME multidisciplinary consultancy with several offices across the UK and a newly formalised office in Bristol. Thepany delivers a wide range of projects across both public and private sectors and has a strong reputation for quality, collaboration, and flexibility.
Thepany is now looking to appoint a Building Services Director in Bristol to lead, strengthen, and grow this important regional base, with full support from the wider leadership team.
Your new role
As Building Services Director, you will lead the Bristol office’s technical,mercial and operational performance. You will oversee and develop the team while scaling the office to approximately 10 staff as project demand grows.
You will act as a senior technical lead on Building Services / MEP projects, drive client relationships, and support business development activity. While the consultancy has a strong presence in the public sector, there is full scope for you to further expand this portfolio or increasemercial sector work in line with your expertise.
This is a hybrid role with excellent flexibility, typically requiring around two days per week in the Bristol office.
What you'll need to succeed
Background as an Associate Director, Technical Director, or similar senior role within a Building Services / MEP consultancy.
•Strong technical expertise in MEP design and delivery across public and/ormercial sector projects.
•Proven experience in leading teams, developing people, and managing office or regional performance.
•Ability to grow client relationships, win work, and support strategic business development.
