Waking Night Residential Support Worker – Children's Residential Home Location: Crewe Area Salary: £13.85 – £14.84 per hour ⏰ Working Hours: 5 on, 2 off shift pattern | 10:00pm – 9:00am Service: Children's Residential Home Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Sponsorship is not available The Role Our client is seeking a dedicated and reliable Waking Night Residential Support Worker to join their children's residential service in the Crewe area. As a Waking Night Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and emotional support of young people throughout the night. You will be responsible for maintaining a calm and structured environment, completing safeguarding and welfare checks, and responding appropriately to any incidents or needs that arise during your shift.
