We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to join our Customer Relations Division. This front-line role is essential to creating a welcoming and efficient environment for clients, visitors, and staff. As the first point of contact, the Receptionist will be responsible for managing incoming communications, greeting guests, and supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30
TEAM FUNCTION:
Provide a positive, seamless, and efficient experience for customers across various points of contact. Work collaboratively with a supportive team to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and represent the companys brand and values.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
First Point of Contact: Greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and directing them appropriately
Administrative Support: Assisting with tasks like scheduling appointments, managing mail, maintenance of records, snacks/drinks order replenishment
Office Management: Ensuring the reception area, kitchen and meeting rooms are tidy and well-maintained.
Communication: Effectively communicating with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Visitor Management: Ensuring all visitors are checked in/out and documented

Mail and package handling efficiency
Inventory control
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Competent Level of IT Skills
Previous experience working in administrative and customer-facing roles
