Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a range of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, equity releases, and re-mortgages.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documentation for residential conveyancing.
3. Oversee transactions from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and introducers.
