The Role:
As a key player in our wider Facilities & Infrastructure team, you'll ensure our customers cutting-edge workshops, offices, and technical spaces operate flawlessly—because in Formula 1, there's no room for downtime. From rapid-response repairs to planned preventative maintenance, your work will directly support the relentless pursuit of performance that drives us forward.
🔧 Your Mission:
✔ Maintain, repair, and improve our state-of-the-art facilities to the highest standards
✔ Respond swiftly to building fabric issues—because every minute lost is a lap behind
✔ Work alongside a dynamic team where innovation and efficiency are non-negotiable
✔ Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
⚡ What We Need From You:
✅ Proven experience in building maintenance (PPM and reactive works in, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, or general fabric works)
✅ A proactive, solutions-driven mindset—no challenge is too big or too urgent
✅ Ability to work at pace, prioritising tasks like a race-day strategist
✅ A team player who thrives under pressure and loves a challenge
✅ Assist Site Team with all Fabric tasks & highlight major defects to management/Helpdesk & implement quotations for repairs
✅ Communication & liaison with suppliers & specialist contractors for parts & repair requirements, in association with Fabric tasks.
✅Be a part of the call out rota.
✅Be available to carry out necessary works outside normal hours within accordance with out of hour's activities and remedial/additional works as required (overtime)
✅Good technical skills for use on PDA/Emails/E-Timesheets
✅Can demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality systems and the management of safe systems of work associated with the role and work environment.
✅Not less than 2 years experience
✅Full driving licence
