So, what’s the role all about?
NICE is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Application and Technical Trainer to join our Compliance Line of Business (LOB). As a trainer, you will play a critical role in enabling our customers, partners, and internal teams to effectively use NICE’s Compliance products through high-quality technical training.
How will you make an impact?
1. Deliver engaging virtual technical training sessions on NICE Compliance products to customers, partners, and employees
2. Emphasize the business value and technical features of NICE solutions, including installation, configuration, usage, and troubleshooting
3. Prepare, configure, and manage training environments and labs
4. Continuously maintain expert-level knowledge of NICE Compliance solutions and quickly adopt new products and features
5. Develop high-quality training materials in multiple formats to support diverse learning needs
6. Utilize effective training methodologies to create impactful learning experiences
7. Collaborate cross-functionally with SMEs, consultants, and project managers to align training with product updates
8. Adhere to administrative and operational training processes and standards
Have you got what it takes?
9. Minimum 3–4 years’ experience as a Product Trainer or Corporate Trainer in a technology company (experience with SaaS or CX platforms is a plus)
10. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
11. Technical understanding of NICE products, especially Trading Floor solutions (e.g., NTR/NTR-X), is an advantage
12. Experience with on-premise and cloud-based environments
13. Proficiency in two or more of the following areas:
Microsoft Windows Server OS
Unix/Linux systems
SQL/Oracle database basics
Telecom systems (ACD/PBX)
14. Experience delivering virtual technical/application training
15. Familiarity with eLearning tools is a plus
16. Prior background in support, software, or field engineering is an advantage
17. Ability to self-learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
18. Strong facilitation, presentation, and problem-solving skills
19. Positive, professional attitude with a passion for learning and teaching
20. Ability to work across time zones (primarily US and EMEA)
21. Additional languages are a plus
