Hayley Dexis has an exciting opportunity available for a dynamic and motivated External Salesperson to join our well-established and experienced team based at our BML Llandudno Branch. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and, in return, you will receive a competitive salary and have access to a range of benefits. Responsibilities
* Be the full-time salesperson out on the road across the North Wales and Cheshire area, dealing with existing customers, leveraging upselling opportunities, and targeting new customers.
* Engage with a diverse customer base from quarries to engineering companies to one-man bands.
* Drive and enthusiasm are essential; comfortable approaching customers, knocking on doors, and delivering sales across a range of opportunities.
What we're looking for
* A high level of motivation and enthusiasm to drive sales.
* Good systems knowledge and IT skills.
* Prior sales experience preferred but not essential as full training will be available.
* Confident communicator who is not afraid to cold call cross-industry.
* Thrives in a role with a high level of autonomy and trust to deliver.
* Strong interest in learning our product range / engineering.
Working hours
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday; 8:30am – 5:30pm.

The recruitment process
Advert closes on Sunday 28th September (we will extend if required). Shortlisted applicants will have an initial screen meeting over Teams with our Talent Acquisition Partner. Interviews will be arranged throughout the advertising window at our Llandudno Branch offices. Candidates selected for interview will be asked to prepare for an interview lasting 1 hour focused on skills, knowledge, experience, and motivations. There may be an additional interview stage which will be confirmed to shortlisted candidates.
