Linwood Community Childcare is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and fully qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our committed team on a full-time basis.

About the Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
· Provide high-quality care and education
· Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children’s learning and development
· Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
· Work in partnership with parents and carers
· Contribute positively as part of a professional and supportive team
· Use your own initiative to support children’s individual needs
· Uphold safeguarding, health and safety, and setting policies at all times
The Ideal Candidate Will:
· Be A fully qualified practitioner with at least 2 years’ experience.
· Be passionate about supporting children’s development
· Demonstrate enthusiasm, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
· Be hard-working and reliable
· Show initiative and confidence in daily practice
· Work effectively as part of a team
· Be committed to making a difference within our community
