Overview
You will be responsible for leading, managing, developing and implementing growth strategies. These responsibilities will be a wide spectrum of tasks ranging from sales strategies, recruitment, training, overseeing the food quality and service, as well as having a presence on the floor. Duties include but not limited to:
Responsibilities
* Commercial
o Taking responsibility for the business performance at the location delivering company forecast and yearly targets.
o To analyse and drive profitable sales whilst constantly improving standards.
o To organise marketing activities, such as promotional event and discount schemes.
* People Management
o Offer clear directions and briefings to the team.
o To offer effective feedback on performance through structured reviews.
o To recruit the best team members for the location.
* Client Service
o To build and maintain a solid and professional relationship with John Lewis.
o To ensure effective communication and engagement with John Lewis.
o To regularly monitor customer feedback and produce a suitable action plan based on the results.
* Health & Safety, Food Safety and ESG
o To ensure the location achieves a minimum score of 90% on European Safety Bureau and 5 scores on EHO visits.
o To ensure the location meets statutory and Company requirements of Health & Safety, Food Safety and Environmental legislation and procedures.
