Location - Woodstock Care and Nursing Home, North Upton Lane, Gloucester, GL4 3TD
Salary - £21.75 an hour, paid monthly.
Hours - 0 hours contract, Days (8am-8pm) & Nights (8pm-8am) shifts available.

As part of our team, you will be working closely with each resident, you'll assess their needs - delivering a care plan that helps each person to live a fuller life. Providing the very best levels of clinical care, you'll make sure that all procedures are carried out to the highest standards, optimising the well-being of every resident. You see every person in your care as an individual, and work closely with the wider team to create an environment that delivers skilled nursing care - clear communication, and respect and dignity for everyone.
As well as fellow Nurses, you have the reassurance of working directly alongside Senior Care Leads with 24/7 on-call support from other Clinical and Quality experts

Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care, including assessing and monitoring patients' conditions, administering medications, and assisting with treatments and procedures.
* Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Document patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans.
* Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medications, and self-care techniques.
* Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Experience:
* Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
* Experience in medication administration and dosage calculations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
