Due to continued expansion, they are looking to hire an experienced CNC Turner or CNC Miller to support the manufacture of high-precision components for the Aerospace and Automotive sectors. This is a long-term, stable opportunity offering ongoing training and development within a skilled engineering team. Key Responsibilities * Programming, setting and operating CNC lathes or CNC mills * Producing high-precision components to tight tolerances * Reading and working from detailed engineering drawings * Completing first-off inspections and in-process quality checks * Adjusting offsets and resolving machining issues to reduce downtime * Supporting continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives * Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment Skills and Experience Required * Proven experience in CNC Turning or CNC Milling (precision engineering background) * Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings * Good attention to detail and commitment to quality * Reliable, proactive and able to work independent...
