Staffline is recruiting Service Team Member in Birmingham. The rate of pay is £12.21 to £13.07 per hour. This role offers 8 hour shifts - 5 days a week including weekends: 05:00 - 22:00 Monday - Saturday, 08:00-22:00 Sunday Your Time at Work As a Service Team Member your key duties include: - Prepare and load orders onto trains. - Packing, loading, performing routine checks (like temperature), cleaning the premises, and waste disposal. - Dealing with general customer enquires - Competent with basic IT equipment including use of excel sheets, scanners Our Perfect Worker This role requires applicants who are active, driven, able to move in fast paced environments with physical demands such as loading, packing, cleaning. - Applicants will be able to work under pressure and timed conditions due to constant rail updates. - A valid in-date DBS check is required. - Previous experience working in service center/ with rail network is preferred but not essential as full training is provided.
