We’re recruiting an experiencedAccount Managerto join a fast-growing UK nutraceutical manufacturer at an exciting stage of expansion.
This is a high-impact B2B role focused onnurturing and expanding existing customer relationshipsacross retail, private-label, pharmacy and branded supplement markets. You’ll be responsible for developing accounts, extending product ranges, improving customer experience and delivering sustainable, profitable growth.

You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of nutraceutical clients, building long-term, trust-based partnerships while delivering annual revenue targets and customer satisfaction KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Sales
5. Meet and exceed sales targets and account KPIs
6. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
7. Drive product range extensions, innovation and category growth
8. Negotiate pricing, terms and specifications and close deals
9. Develop and execute account growth strategies
Client Partnership & Delivery
10. Act as the primary point of contact for customers
11. Build long-term, high-trust client relationships
12. Educate customers on products, capabilities and evidence base
13. Coordinate product development projects and launches
14. Provide after-sales support and resolve queries
Insight, Reporting & Collaboration
15. Use CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) to manage accounts and forecasts
16. Analyse performance data and market trends
17. Conduct competitor and market research
18. Collaborate with marketing, product and supply chain teams
Compliance & Development
19. Maintain awareness of regulatory standards in supplements and functional foods
20. Attend product and industry training
About You
21. ProvenB2B account management or sales experience
22. Track record of growing accounts and exceeding targets
23. Background in nutraceuticals, pharma or FMCG advantageous
24. Consultative, relationship-led sales approach
25. Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
26. Excellent communication and presentation ability
27. Organised, resilient and self-motivated
28. Confident using CRM systems and MS Office
Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Nutrition or similar is desirable but not essential. Relevant experience is key.
