Overview
Mortgage Advisor – Home Working – Employed – Out of Hours roles. PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking several experienced CAS Mortgage and Protection Advisors to join a large partner firm operating a nationwide Mortgage Advisory operation. The firm serves a high volume of leads introduced from a national network of introducers and offers remote advice to customers across the UK. The partner firm is recruiting Out of Hours advisors to service customers at times that suit them. You select your working pattern and can commit to appointment slots available to service customers between approximately 7 am and 9 pm midweek, with optional Saturday and Sunday cover. The roles may be full-time or part-time to suit candidate availability. The roles are employed with a base salary DOE between £30,000 and £35,000 with an OTE of around £65,000. Pipeline building support is available. PRIMIS Mortgage Network is a wholly owned subsidiary of LSL Property Services plc and is one of the largest dedicated Mortgage and Protection networks in the UK.
Responsibilities
* Provide mortgage and protection advisory services remotely to customers introduced by partner firms and across various lead sources.
* Offer flexible out of hours coverage to service customers at times that suit them (approximately 7 am to 9 pm midweek, with weekend options).
* Operate from home and manage appointments in line with the chosen work pattern.
* Support pipeline development for the firm and contribute to delivering a high volume of advisory sessions.
Qualifications
* Achieved Competent Advisor Status.
* Experience as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor.
* Ability to work from home within a large partner firm with multiple lead sources.
* Comfort with remote advisory delivery and flexible scheduling.
Benefits and Company Information
Base salary between £30,000 and £35,000 with an OTE of circa £65,000. Pipeline building support is available.
