Our purpose is the practice of analysing, planning, designing and implementing solutions and processes to successfully meet business strategies. It plays a vital role across the firm by determining the IT landscape; defining applications, establishing architecture standards/principles, leading IT transformation and ensuring implementations are secure and fit for purpose Role and key responsibilities Eversheds Sutherland is looking for a skilled Intapp architect and implementor to work on their Intapp Open projects. The primary focus of this role is to collaborate with the Business Acceptance Team, IT, and Finance departments to set up Intapp open and terms throughout the company. The architect will work closely with stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, suppliers, development teams, and support teams to transform business requirements into practical, end-to-end solutions. Analysing business requirements by working directly with stakeholders or in partnership with a business analyst. Comprehending the current architecture Presenting options in an understandable manner and helping stakeholders choose the most suitable one Outlining the desired architecture and creating transition roadmaps Identifying potential risks and proposing appropriate mitigation strategies Leading development and implementation, and addressing any issues that arise during the project cycle. Skills and experience We are looking for: Essential: At least 5 years working experience in one or multiple IT areas. Experience in configuring Intapp products. Knowledge of conflict and compliance processes. A self-driven individual with a passion for delivering value to the firm. The ability to identify, take ownership of, and lead efforts to overcome technical challenges. Familiarity with project delivery cycles and frameworks. An understanding of Quality A desire to learn more about new and existing products. Desirable: Experience of working within a legal firms. Experience of business analysis and large-scale business process change initiatives. Experience of working with external suppliers, including offshore development teams. Technology Experience: Experience of project delivery cycles and methodologies such as Agile Intapp Intake Intapp Conflicts Intapp Terms Personal attributes Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in diplomacy, persuasion, and influencing others Confident when interacting with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Solution oriented Practical, resilient, and resourceful, with the ability to quickly adapt to changing situations.
