Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a solicitor or CILEX with: At least 3 years' PQE (ideally 5 years) in clinical negligence. Experience handling a mix of high-value and lower-value cases, including birth injury, cancer misdiagnosis, dental and cosmetic negligence. Some experience supervising or mentoring junior solicitors—whether formally or informally. A collaborative and personable leadership style, ensuring a positive and productive team dynamic. A client-focused mindset, ensuring cases are handled with care and efficiency. Salary & Benefits Flexible hybrid working – most of the team work just one day per week in the office (Wednesday).
