Job Description

Are you looking to develop your skill-set and join one of the fastest growing dental groups in the UK? We are recruiting for a Registered Manager to join a practice in Wellingborough.
The Registered Managers are responsible for supporting and leading our teams, driving and delivering daily performance and operations of the practice.
This is a full-time opportunity working Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)

Working hours:

* Monday 08:00 - 17:00
* Tuesday 09:30 - 18:30
* Thursday 09:30 - 18:30
* Friday 08:30 - 17:30

The role of a Registered Manager includes: Supporting the Practice team to achieve performance targets and KPIs
Driving retention and reducing team turnover
Managing team performance effectively
Building positive relationships with clinicians
Maintaining relationships with head office, regional teams, NHS organisations, and suppliers
Providing excellent patient care and implementing patient-focused initiatives
Creating local commercial and marketing initiatives to support business growth
Supporting recruitment, onboarding clinicians, and collaborating with HR and clinical teams
Ensuring operational standards and compliance with Health & Safety regulations
Performing any other reasonable tasks as assigned by your line manager
What we are looking for in a Registered Manager: A commercially minded individual with excellent interpersonal skills
Confidence in leading teams of various abilities
Understanding of income generation and cost control
Ability to handle difficult conversations and resolve issues promptly
