2 x Part-Time HMO Property Assistants (Student & Professional Lettings)

About Us
We're a specialist lettings agency managing HMOs for students & professionals. Our focus is on providing landlords with stress-free management and tenants with safe, well-maintained accommodation.
The Role
We're looking for an organised, people-friendly individual to assist with:
• Conducting student viewings for HMO properties
• Liaising with tenants and landlords via email and phone
• Supporting the management side of our properties (scheduling maintenance, coordinating contractors, property checks)
• Updating property listings and management schedules
• General administrative support related to property management
This is a flexible, part-time role (16–20 hours per week), mainly weekdays, with some early evenings or weekends possible to accommodate student availability.
About You
• Confident and friendly communicator
• Well organised, with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using email, Word/Excel, and online property management systems
• Experience in HMO/student/professional lettings or property/customer service is a plus (training provided)
• Driving licence and access to a car is required
