Responsibilities Managing the school reception and handling visitor enquiries Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a professional manner Maintaining student records, attendance logs and safeguarding files Supporting the administration of timetables, exams or HR depending on need Preparing letters, newsletters, reports and communication documents Providing administrative support to senior leaders and teaching staff Experience and Qualifications Previous experience in administration (school experience ideal) Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Familiarity with MIS systems such as SIMS or Arbor desirable Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to stay organised, accurate and calm under pressure Salary Paid in line with the school’s support staff salary structure.
