What Youll Be Doing:
Supporting students with SEMH needs in class and through tailored interventions
Promoting emotional wellbeing, focus, and positive classroom behaviours
Working closely with teachers, SENCo, and pastoral leads to implement strategies
Helping students build self-regulation, confidence, and learning independence
Contributing to a positive and structured environment across the school
Monitoring and recording progress to inform support plans
