Responsibilities
:
1. Setting Out : Accurately marking the positions of structures and utilities on-site according to engineering plans.
2. Drainage Implementation : Overseeing the installation of drainage systems, ensuring proper functionality and compliance.
3. Quality Assurance : Monitoring construction processes to maintain quality standards and compliance with regulations.
4. Health & Safety : Enforcing health and safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
5. Supervising Crew : Leading and managing construction crews, assigning tasks, and providing guidance as needed.
6. Cost Estimates : Estimating project costs, including materials, labour, and equipment, and monitoring expenses to ensure budget adherence.
7. Communication : Liaising with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate activities and address any issues that arise.
With these skills and responsibilities, you'll play a crucial role in the successful completion of housing construction projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.

9. 6 months, with possible extension
10. Sites based in Darlington.
11. 45 hours per week
