VANRATH is delighted to be partnering with a leading Construction business in Belfast to appoint a Bid Writer.
Location: Belfast Office - Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 from home)
Hours: Monday to Friday, no weekend work

Key Responsibilities
* Work within established business systems, policies, and procedures
* Collaborate with senior leadership to shape winning bid strategies
* Coordinate the preparation, writing, and timely submission of high-quality client documents
* Provide regular updates to the Bid Director on tender progress and deadlines
* Participate in bid kick-off meetings, reviews, and final submissions
* Support client meetings and presentations when required
* Maintain and improve the bid library by gathering project and company information
* Engage with subject matter experts, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to source relevant content for submissions
About You
* Previous experience in a bid writing or similar role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Desirable
* Knowledge of tender processes within Construction, FM, or related sectors
* Familiarity with Adobe software
* Experience in bid management or presentation development
