* Key Responsibilities:
* Support the team in delivering a high-quality service to students.
* Manage data entry and retrieval from various systems.
* Respond to queries from employees and managers promptly.
* Track and report project progress.
* Act as the primary point of contact for programme participants.
* Analyse operations and suggest improvements to the Manager.
* Provide scheduling information via phone.
* Verify data accuracy.
* Enter customer-provided data into relevant systems.
* Upload paper documents to relevant systems.
* Follow Company policies and procedures.
* Perform tasks aligned with the role's requirements.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* DBS Clearance.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Mandatory training.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
* Capable of independent travel.
* Strong customer service and people management skills.
