Sales Administrator
People Solutions are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support their client's sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
The role requires strong Excel and IT skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
Shifts:
* Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
Pay Rate:
* £12.70 per hour

Day to day duties:
Your duties as a Sales Administrator will be:
* Providing administrative support to the sales team
* Processing sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
* Updating and maintaining customer and sales records
* Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and sales data using Microsoft Excel
* Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing
* Managing filing systems and maintaining accurate documentation
* Assisting with invoicing and order tracking
Essential skills:
The skills required to be a Sales Administrator:
* Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills
* Good overall IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Outlook
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable and punctual
* Professional and approachable manner
* Able to prioritise workload effectively
* Willingness to learn and adapt
