Oracle Techno-Functional Billing Specialist Experience: Minimum 5 years Role type: Techno-Functional Language: English (fluent - written & spoken) RATE: Flexible Hybrid Working: Must be based in France or Belgium Role Overview We are looking for a strong Oracle Techno-Functional Applications Specialist with deep experience in Oracle Billing to support and enhance our billing landscape. You will play a key role in requirement gathering, functional development, system integration, and ongoing support of the billing platform. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyse business requirements related to billing processes Design and deliver functional changes within Oracle Billing Support and contribute to the Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) roadmap Provide application support for the Billing platform (BAU & enhancements) Collaborate with internal development teams to build interfaces with legacy systems Participate in testing activities, including SIT/UAT Support training and knowledge transfer to business and support teams Required Skills & Experience Strong end-to-end Oracle Billing implementation experience Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Billing (ORMB) Strong Techno-Functional background Excellent requirements gathering and stakeholder interaction skills Strong technical skills in: PL/SQL SQL REST APIs Excellent communication skills (technical & non-technical audiences) Nice to Have Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) v12.2 Experience integrating Oracle Billing with legacy applications Exposure to regulated or complex billing environments Please do send an up to date CV to *Rates depend on experience and client requirements
