Contract Type: Permanent The Company: We provide data-led, traffic management services within a temporary environment. Put simply, we guide vehicles around roadworks in the safest, most efficient way possible whilst permanent improvements are made to the country’s highways. We collate data to find ways of making the temporary traffic management strategies we deploy as safe, swift and synchronised as possible. This role is to provide systems administrative support for HW Martin (Traffic) Ltd, based at our Sizewell site in East Suffolk. Working closely with the Commercial Manager and the Digital and Systems Manager. The Role: The System Administrator is responsible for providing support to the Commercial Manager and Digital Systems Manager by: * Accurate, consistent and timely data handling & recording. * Providing training to operatives on the use of management systems * Supporting the teams with ensuring effective application of the company’s management systems. * Ensuring the teams have access to systems relevant for their roles * Liaising with internal HW Martin & external teams to ensure systems are made available to operatives as and when required. Key skills/experience: The role will provide support to the Commercial Manager for the following tasks: * Work with the Commercial Manager to continually, improve, implement and maintain systems management. * Ensure that all systems security and confidentiality procedures are being followed. * Making requests to internal & external teams for access to systems with functions such as timesheets, onboarding, accident logging etc. * Communicate with operatives to ensure system management systems are being applied correctly * Provide training to operatives on the use of management systems * Preparing documents and presentations for System reports, briefings & meetings. * Formatting and proofing documents as required. * Maintain all Management Systems reporting / data documentation to be ready for any review, audit or client review, i.e. accident spreadsheet, system access. * Communicating with internal & External IT teams in relation to management systems * Conduct other administrative support duties (room bookings, calendar entries, printing, copying, reception cover, taking calls and other similar tasks), We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from any suitably qualified persons.
