* Installation & Configuration: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
* Infrastructure Management: Manage both physical and virtual system infrastructures, implementing best practices for scalability and efficiency.
* Data Protection: Perform regular system backups and recovery operations to safeguard IT infrastructure and data.
* Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance logs to identify anomalies, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
* Security Updates: Apply critical patches and updates to maintain system security and functionality.
* Storage Optimization: Allocate and optimize storage space to meet organizational needs.

What We’re Looking For
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field with 8-12 years of prior experience, or a Master’s degree with 6-10 years of prior experience.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows operating systems and storage management.
* Security Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT security principles, compliance protocols, and HIPAA regulations.
* Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud technologies, automation, and digital integration.
* Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues independently.
* Configuration Management: Expertise in configuration management and implementing best practices.
* Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.
