4. Maintain and update financial records, supporting the wider Accounting & Finance team in York.
5. Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
6. Provide support for monthly and year-end financial reporting activities.
7. Assist in preparing financial summaries and reports for internal stakeholders.
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient financial operations.
9. Respond to financial queries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
10. Support other ad-hoc finance-related tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
