You will carry out the operational duties of an all-round multi-skilled operative, including associated works, across the full range of repairs services on all One Manchesters owned and managed properties. You will visit premises and properties to carry out maintenance, repair,refurbishmentand renewal work to both tenanted and empty homes. Whatwerelooking for: To have served and completed a recognised trade apprenticeship orappropriate NVQL3 standard. Evidence of key competencies specifically in plumbing (core trade) plastering,joineryand tiling. Working knowledge of legislation relating to H&S and CDM. Experience of working within a customer facing environment offering excellent customer service. The ability to work carefully,methodicallyand safely with good planning and organisational skills. Be able to accurately record, document and complete work activity through mobile devices or otherappropriate means.
