We are currently recruiting for a LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT to work 3 to 5 days per week (to include a Friday), term time only. The role is Fixed Term until August 2026. The salary is from £24,234 per annum pro rata for hours worked (Bucks Pay Range 1B)

About the role


This is an exciting chance to join our unique school, working as part of a fun, friendly and inspiring team. This role will involve supporting the specific learning needs of individual pupils under the direction of the class teacher and SENDCo to facilitate their access to the curriculum and maximise their independence.


About you


Being an effective communicator is critical due to the needs of the children and therefore excellent written and spoken English is essential. A knowledge and understanding of ASD and ADHD and its impact on students' learning is preferable but not essential.

We are looking for enthusiastic people who:

* Have experience of working with young children in a school setting
* Possess strong communication skills
* Have a calm, positive and encouraging personality
* Is genuinely passionate about the wellbeing of children
* Can demonstrate excellent numeracy and literacy skills
