Role: Civil Litigation Lawyer
Location: Lancashire/ Hybrid – 2 days working from home
Salary: £33,000 - £50,000 annum DOE
Responsibilities as a Civil Litigation Solicitor:
* Represent clients in civil litigation matters including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial proceedings
* Draft and files pleadings, motions, briefs and other legal documents
* Ensure compliance with court procedures and deadlines
* Able to handle high caseload in Civil Litigation from start to completion.
