Are you looking to start your career in procurement and stores management while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment? This exciting apprenticeship offers the chance to learn from an experienced Procurement team and play a key role in ensuring Nottinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service has the equipment and resources it needs to protect our communities.
You'll develop practical skills in sourcing, data handling, supplier liaison and stock control, all while working towards a recognised Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse Operative qualification. No two days will be the same, one moment you'll be helping manage stock levels and the next supporting the processing of orders or learning how contracts and quotations are managed.

Key Responsibilities
1. Assist the Procurement section with a full range of procurement and stores support activities.
2. Support with requesting quotations and liaising with suppliers to ensure goods and services are delivered to the agreed standards, timelines and costs.
