We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Refuse Loaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely collect and load refuse in accordance with established procedures.
- Ensure all loads are secure and safely handled.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Prior experience as a refuse loader is desirable.
- Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Punctuality and reliability for early morning starts.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Enhanced DBS or willing to undertake.
Working Hours:
Early morning start times, these being between 02:00 am - 04:00am
Due to the location and start times, it is essential that you drive and have access to your own vehicle.
