The Role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted advisor, and ensuring they maximise the value of their IT investments. You’ll work closely with technical and delivery teams to provide bespoke solutions aligned to each client’s business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Act as the primary point of contact for customer accounts
Identify opportunities for upselling IT services and solutions
Deliver strategic account reviews and performance insights
Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless delivery
Support clients across areas such as cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurityAbout You
Proven experience in account management, ideally within IT or technology services
Strong commercial awareness with a consultative sales approach
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value
