Key Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager and Department Manager in leading and motivating the store team
* Deliver outstanding customer service and act as a role model on the shop floor
* Assist in driving sales performance and achieving store targets
* Ensure brand standards and visual merchandising are consistently maintained
* Follow Health & Safety guidelines and company procedures
* Support the delivery of store and company KPIs
* Stay up to date with current trends and competitor activity
About You
* Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Sales Assistant within a service-led retail environment
* Strong communication and team leadership skills
* Customer-focused with a hands-on approach xsngvjr
* Commercial awareness and a proactive attitude to driving sales
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
