Warehouse Team Manager - Nightshift

Sunday to Thursday, 22:00 – 07:00 (Some flexibility required)

As a Warehouse Team Manager within our Aylesford Depot, you’ll be a key member of the team - leading by example to ensure your team are delivering the very best service to our customers. You’ll manage productivity levels to ensure picking targets are met and work closely with the Shift Manager to plan the shifts’ work, utilising all team members effectively.
You’ll also be responsible for completing administration tasks – both for the operation and your team, so you will need an eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and in a timely manner.
To join us as a Warehouse Team Leader you will have previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse operation. You’ll live and breathe Customer First, and you’ll enjoy working as part of a team with a dedicated focus on results. You’ll have good communication skills and be able to build strong working relationships with your team members quickly. You will be able to think on your feet and will have the awareness to deal with challenges as they arise or to escalate to the management team if necessary.
