Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a CO2/engraver service engineer, for UK and Ireland. The role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and servicing CO2 and fiber laser engraving systems. Responsibilities include system installations, providing technical support, conducting routine maintenance, and delivering customer training. The role also requires collaboration with the service team to ensure all client requirements are met effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications
* Experience with Engraving and Laser Engraving operations
* Skills in Printmaking, Drawing, and Adobe Photoshop
* Proven ability to assess, diagnose, and resolve technical issues effectively
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Willingness to travel when required to customer locations
* Basic understanding of laser or CNC systems is advantageous
* Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
