The Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Paid Ads Manager to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns for e-commerce brands of all sizes. We have clients ranging from startups generating £20k a month to established brands with over £65m in annual revenue. This role offers clear progression opportunities in a fast-paced, high growth agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, launch, and manage high-performing paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok. Opportunities to go to partner events hosted by partner platforms.
* Monitor performance daily, identify optimisation opportunities, and take decisive action to improve ROAS, NCPA etc.
* Produce detailed performance reports and translate data into actionable recommendations for clients.
* Collaborate directly with clients to understand their objectives and develop strategies to meet and exceed them.
* Partner with creative teams to ensure ad content is on-brand, engaging, and strategically aligned.
* Manage client meetings, providing insight and clarity on campaign progress and results.
Requirements
* Minimum of two year’s hands-on experience managing Meta Ads for e-commerce brands with budgets of £10k+ per month. Ideally, we’re looking for experience within Google, Pinterest and TikTok ads management too, however this is not essential - full training on these platforms can be provided.
* Proven ability to communicate confidently and professionally with clients in both written and verbal formats.
* Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
* Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for delivering exceptional client results.

Salary
* Salary from £32,000 - £40,000 DOE
