The Role
Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for visual storytelling? Join us as a Multimedia Design Specialist and play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of James Fisher. In this dynamic position, you’ll help bring innovative design projects to life across a variety of media platforms, ensuring our brand stands out and connects with audiences.
You’ll be a key point of contact for our Communications and Marketing teams, translating ideas into compelling visuals and ensuring every design need is met with flair and precision. Principle Accountabilities
* Create high-impact visual assets, animations, and videos that align with marketing strategies and project goals.
* Produce multimedia content including 3D renders, illustrations, motion graphics, video, and photography with creative editing.
* Design social media and web graphics that enhance digital presence and drive engagement.
* Plan and execute design projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
* Collaborate and coordinate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to meet project objectives.
* Adapt designs to industry-specific needs, aligning with technical standards and market expectations.
* Manage confidentiality by handling sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
* Ensure attention to detail across all design work, maintaining high standards and precision.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including writers, animators, filmmakers, producers, programmers, and sound engineers to foster a productive environment.
* Act as a brand ambassador by supporting the rollout of brand collateral and digital assets.
* Embrace continuous improvement by staying current with design trends, tools, and technologies.
* Demonstrate adaptability by responding effectively to evolving challenges and project needs.
Knowledge, Qualifications And Experience
* Demonstrated expertise in multimedia design
* Comprehensive knowledge of print media design
* Preferred knowledge of UX/UI
* Experience in technical or industrial sectors
* Degree in design or related field
* Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), 3DS Max or similar, and Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint and Word to produce top-tier design work
* Experienced in creating 3D animations and renders using 3DS Max or similar software
* Skilled in developing and editing video content with Premiere Pro and After Effects
* Capable of producing professional-quality PowerPoint presentations
* Versatile in design with a strong understanding of scripting, compositing, and multimedia production
* Portfolio demonstrates expertise in digital, motion, and animation media
* Proficient in creating digital content for social media and website graphics
