6. Ensure sales targets are met through effective planning, budgeting, and implementation of scalable commercial strategies.
7. Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by monitoring market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities.
8. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding and addressing customer needs and preferences.
9. Set and track sales goals, comparing performance to objectives, and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
10. Manage the recruitment, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of the sales team, fostering talent development and career growth.
11. Assess and improve team processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.
