Employment Law Solicitor – Northampton
Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Employment Law Solicitor in Northampton on behalf of a well-respected and forward-thinking law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with strong experience in employment law to take on a key role within a growing legal team, supporting both clients and junior team members.

💷 Salary: £50, – £80, per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Friday

1. Manage your own caseload of employment law matters from instruction to completion
2. Provide legal advice and representation in employment tribunals
3. Offer guidance on data protection and compliance issues
4. Mentor and support junior solicitors within the team
5. Deliver high-quality service to a varied client base
6. Collaborate with colleagues to drive the continued growth and development of the practice
Essential Skills & Experience:
7. Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE in employment law
8. Proven experience managing complex cases independently
9. Strong advocacy skills and tribunal experience
10. Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulatory compliance
11. Confident communicator with strong organisational and mentoring skills
12. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and handle sensitive matters with discretion
