What You'll Do Help shape our cocktail menu and bar service standards Create exceptional drinks while maintaining speed and consistency during busy periods Build rapport with guests and create memorable experiences through your personality and expertise Support training of junior bar staff and share your knowledge with the team Bring creative ideas to enhance our drink offerings and bar operations Who You Are An experienced bartender with solid experience in busy bars, restaurants, hotels, or premium venues Someone who thrives on building rather than maintaining—you see opportunities to elevate the guest experience Passionate about cocktails, spirits, and hospitality with genuine care for craft and service Confident working at pace while maintaining quality and engaging with guests Why Oak View Group?
