Job Title: Finance Controller
Location: Bolton, Hybrid (4 days in office)
Salary: Up to £60,000
We are looking for a Finance Controller to join a leading UK-based retail organisation with a strong international presence across digital and consumer channels. Following recent business changes, the company is strengthening its finance function to support continued growth. This role will play a key part in ensuring robust financial processes, accurate reporting, and effective financial oversight, while supporting senior stakeholders with reliable insight and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day financial control of the business, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
2. Manage month-end and year-end processes, including reconciliations, journals, and statutory reporting.
3. Maintain and improve financial controls, policies, and procedures to support governance and compliance.
4. Produce management accounts, financial statements, and performance analysis for senior stakeholders.
