About the Role Support work is a highly rewarding role where you assist individuals to live as independently and confidently as possible. In this specific package, you will be supporting a lady with complex needs, focusing on emotional encouragement and social inclusion. Key responsibilities include: Providing meaningful companionship and emotional support. Supporting with moving and handling and personal care. Maintaining all clinical needs (with full training provided). Supporting engagement with daily activities and promoting life skills. Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns to the care team. Ensuring a safe, respectful, and person-centred environment at all times. Note: Candidates must be comfortable working alongside animals in the home environment. Key Requirements Experience: Minimum 6 months of professional care experience. Right to Work: Must have the right to work in the UK with correct documentation. DBS: A full enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
