Teaching Assistant - KS1 Focus

* Contract: Full-time, term-time only

Day-to-day of the role:
* Support pupils in Reception/KS1 with daily classroom activities.
* Deliver small group phonics interventions.
* Assist with reading, writing, and basic numeracy.
* Help create an engaging and supportive classroom environment.
* Support pupils’ confidence and participation in lessons.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience working with primary school-aged children (KS1 preferred).
* Strong knowledge of phonics schemes (essential).
* Enthusiastic and nurturing approach.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
Desirable:
* Experience with Read Write Inc or similar phonics schemes.
* Relevant TA qualification.
