Job Title: BMS Account Manager
Mission:
Manage and develop a defined list of UK-based BMS EcoXperts and Partners to profitably grow sales of Digital Buildings Products & Solutions across all offers, including Building Management System Controls & Devices, Software & Analytics, Energy & Power Metering, and related connected products, edge devices, apps/services, and analytics. Serve as the main contact for selected EcoXperts, with a working knowledge of the marketplace and business drivers, reporting to the Digital Building Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account management of national and regional master and EcoXpert channel partners.
2. Report and update project leads in the business framework.
3. Implement and deploy annual account plans for each partner with growth ambitions.
4. Achieve annual PRD targets for all assigned channel partners.
5. Record sales activities in the business framework, including calls, workshops, meetings, and support requests.
6. Keep the EcoXpert community informed about Schneider product releases and innovations.
7. Facilitate training events and workshops to support community knowledge.
Skills and Attributes:
* Strong background in face-to-face account development.
* Proactive, customer-first approach, able to work independently.
* Technical understanding of Schneider Electric offers, especially BMS integration.
* Good networking skills and ability to utilize resources effectively.
* Team player attitude and sharing of best practices.
