We're working with a specialist further education setting in Coventry that provides tailored support for learners with a range of SEND needs, and they are looking to welcome dedicated Learning Support Assistants to their team. The RoleYou will be supporting students aged 16-25 with a variety of learning needs, including: AutismCommunication and interaction needsPhysical disabilitiesComplex learning needsSocial, emotional, and behavioural challenges Your responsibilities will include: Providing 1:1 and small-group supportAssisting with personal care where requiredHelping students access learning and develop life skillsWorking collaboratively with tutors, therapists, and wider support teamsCreating a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment What We're Looking For Experience in SEND, care, or support workA calm, patient, and resilient approachA genuine passion for helping young people progressWillingness to support with personal care if neededStrong communication and teamwork skills Why This Role?
