Job Title: System Transformation Officer

Full time: 34.5 hours a week
Location: Hybrid - Split between home and a Macmillan office with maximum attendance once a month to a Macmillan office where the team is connecting.
Salary Range: £30,500 - £33,500

The role: You’ll provide administrative and programme support to the System Investment & System Interventions teams. Your role will contribute to the development and celebration of system transformation projects and initiatives that improve outcomes for people with cancer and long-term conditions.

Key Skills & Experience:
* Strong organisational and project coordination abilities, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines confidently, with event support experience an added bonus.
* Clear and effective communicator with strong writing, listening and interpersonal skills.
* High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work across all formats.
* Able to work both independently and collaboratively, including within a matrix environment, with a proactive approach to feedback and continuous improvement.
